    • Non-electronics: Valid within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Electronics: 15 days’ replacement guarantee for defective or non-functioning items.
  • Non-Exchangeable/Refundable Products:

    • Used or swatched products.
    • Liquid/semi-liquid products.
    • Products returned after breaking the seal.
    • If a product does not suit you or does not match personal preferences (e.g., smell, texture, color, design).
    • Bottoms (panty) from lingerie lines.
  • Wrong Product Ordered by Customer:
    If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we may allow an exchange, provided you cover the return and resending costs. Approval depends on the product type and management discretion.

How to Return Your Product?

  1. Within Dhaka:

    • We will arrange a free pick-up (conditions apply).
  2. Outside Dhaka:

    • Send your product via RedX Courier Service. If your claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charges.
  3. Invalid Claims:

    • If we determine your claim is invalid, the product will be returned to you, and you must cover both return and resending expenses.
